This Starbucks is just the best. The staff here are just so friendly and welcoming and they work incredibly hard to deliver wonderful service. I've been coming to this Starbucks for over 5 years and honestly I have never had a bad coffee from here at all. It's brilliant when the staff get to remember your usual drink and it always feels like you're appearing in an episode of Friends as the staff are so engaging and caring to their customers. My favourite coffee is a mocha and Starbucks is the only coffee shop that can make a mocha to absolute perfection (and a mocha from Starbucks is SENSATIONAL paired with peppermint syrup). And I always love the cozy and relaxed ambience in the store as it makes your experience in store truly worth it. I will forever be loyal to this Starbucks branch. EDIT: There is staff member at this branch I want to give a special shout out too and that staff member is Henry. He is honestly a credit to this branch and he has the sweetest personality ever. His customer service is absolutely incredible and he made my visit today really special as he is so kind and caring (he also made my white mocha to perfection as well). He truly is a credit to Starbucks with his wonderful personality and his incredible customer service.

Had the best service this morning, I didn’t get my servers name but they will know who they are. Suggested to try white chocolate in my pumpkin spice coffee and it was one of the best ones I’ve had! Started my day off with a good laugh, lovely positive energy from the server and barista thank you for making my morning! X

Me and my partner, went to and ordered a Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte, it was really delicious, but the way he made it he seemed careless, throwing things around, through a milk carton away, and the bin was pretty full so it fell to the floor but both workers never thought to pick it up, the floor was such a mess, another day I came in the sick was being cleaned as I was there but spillages every where, and the floor didn't seem it was ever cleaned, disappointing to see that whilst you are waiting upon your drink or food. And he overfilled my drink I love extra but it was messy because it was on my lid but my partner's drink wasn't overfilled. The only good thing is that they are friendly once you come in and order just didn't like that day the person making my drink seemed careless.

Really nice staff who were friendly. The drinks were also really nice. My only issue is how grubby and dirty the place was. In the toilet there was a large bin over filling with dirty nappies etc and it smelt awful. It's a shame as the staff were lovely. Maybe just not enough of them to keep up with it all.

A visit here yesterday and everything was lovely. Ordered a Mocha and Hot Chocolate. Staff we're very attentive despite it been busy in here. And Bluelight card is accepted further reducing to price by 10%. Would highly recommend a visit

I came in with my son on Saturday 17th at 2.20pm, my son is fussy with food due to his autism and the gentleman that served us took the time to find his favourite teddy biscuit, as they were none on display, and put my son's name on the order. He was genuinely lovely and really took the time to acknowledge us. Thank you.
